This 6-part class is for adults who wish to better manage their stress. "Mindfulness" means paying attention to or being aware of the present moment without judgment. This program includes mindful movement, breathing, progressive relaxation and a toolbox for well-being. Practice using your senses to be aware of the present moment. Event is free.
